Cancellation Policy

Online payment for live classes as well as private session must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured we might extend your access to the recordings for another 8 weeks after the original period has passed.

Live group session

Some trainings include live group sessions or webinars. Those are not refundable. You might however have the chance to reschedule by joining another group later.

Individual and personal sessions

Private sessions must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. If cancelled in the right time we can reschedule.
