Anxiety is a very common problem that accompanies and elevates many mental health issues. It keeps us from sleeping, eating properly and many other things. In short it keeps us form enjoying life. But with movement, breath awareness and mindfulness we have a chance to ease anxiety and empower our selves to move beyond worrying and fussing. The Yoga Teacher
Therese Heinisch is a yoga teacher, researcher and activist. Her main work is at the intersection of well-being and intersectional feminism. She has been teaching yoga since 2013, completed two extensive hatha yoga teacher trainings (800+ h) and holds a master’s degree in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, university of London. She has co-founded The Pink House as well as Yoga School Kosovo. In the past years she taught in various yoga teacher trainings, workshops and yoga courses. Therese is the founder of Virtual Yoga Institute.
